K-Seal Total offers a natural satin finish and not the wet gloss look in the image, although paving colours may darken slightly

K-Seal Total Patio Sealer can be used on Pavers/ Flags /Paving Slabs (including sandstone). Use what the trade uses K-Seal Total, resin patio sealer and block paving sealer provides excellent surface protection for both driveways and patios.

Formulated using an advanced acrylic resin sealant,K-Seal Total repels both oil and water on block paving, concrete flagstones, paving slabs and porous tiles. K-Seal Total penetrates deep into the surface to protect against water and frost damage and also inhibits the growth of algae and moss.

PREPARATION.

Remove all dirt, dust, algae, moss and lichen.  Allow to dry.

APPLICATION.

Apply product, undiluted using a brush, roller or squeegee. Ensure no ponding occurs. Apply two coats for best results allowing 3 to 4 hours between coats.

Allow at least two full, dry days for treatment surface to be adequately dry for K-SEAL TOTAL. Application. (May require more than 48 hours in cold weather conditions).

MUST NOT BE APPLIED TO WET OR DAMP SURFACES! or if rain is imminent

COVERAGE.

Approximately 5 – 7 sq. metres per litre depending upon porosity of surface.

HEALTH and SAFETY.

K-SEAL TOTAL contains solvent aromatic middle distillate and is classified as harmful. Do not apply to wet surfaces, in conditions of high humidity or when rain is forecast. (Protect from rain until dry.) Do not apply to non–porous surfaces.

Keep children and pets away from treated areas until fully cured. Do not allow run off to contaminate drains, waterways or planted areas.  K-SEAL TOTAL is flammable and should be stored in a dry place away from ` sources of ignition or direct sunlight.

How soon can I apply sealant to my paving

This depends on the type of stone as all paving needs to dry thoroughly to allow the dampness from the laying process to work through the stone and evaporate to avoid staining marks appearing under the sealant. It is usually not recommended to seal for at least 6 weeks and in some cases much longer. We do recommend you to try a test area beforehand.
