Important delivery message

Important Covid 19 Update…

We’re all in this together. We understand that times are uncertain, but we want to reassure you that the team at Paving Superstore are still fully operational and are working hard to ensure our products are still being delivered to your home.

Paving our way through the pandemic…

We are experiencing an immense influx of orders since the pandemic, so it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive, and for us to respond to enquiries. Please do not panic – you will be contacted by the haulier to book in your delivery.

For most paving products (unless shown otherwise), please expect a delivery time of between 3-5 working days. For garden sheds & structures, including brands such as Forest, Rowlinson and Storemore deliveries, you can expect a 3 week delivery time for most orders. Mercia cannot take any orders now until November time. Adezz items are generally around 3 weeks at present, however some items have longer leadtimes of up to 10 weeks. Please check individual product for details.

Phone calls, emails and live chat…

We understand that it is very tempting to chase orders, it is very exciting when you know your new products are on the way to you! However, our phone lines and live chat functions are overwhelmed with callers at the moment, due to the influx of orders, so please wait for us to contact you.

Your patience is truly appreciated in these difficult times, and our team, who are mainly all working from home at the moment for their safety, are working extremely hard, making sure that all orders are fulfilled.

Information About How Covid-19 is Affecting Our Business

  • The transport networks we use have many drivers shielded in addition to fewer staff working due to social distancing. This means our deliveries are taking longer to arrive with you and we have temporaily suspended upgraded delivery services such as next day and prebooked day options.
  • Our manufacturers cannot replenish their products as quickly and efficiently as usual as they have fewer staff working in their manufacturing plants due to social distancing. This means the production of some goods has been delayed and others have been temporarily removed from sale.
  • Our imported materials are not arriving as quickly as they would normally as global shipping has stopped throughout the pandemic. This has led to some stocks being unavailable at short notice.
  • We ourselves have seen a massive influx of enquiries - many more than we would ever see even at our peak times. This means our call answering and email response times are much longer than usual. We are doing our best to deal with these to the best of our ability and are working very long hours to keep up with demand.

We kindly ask that you do not become abusive to our staff at this time as this is a very difficult and challenging period for all of us and we want nothing more than to deliver your goods as quickly as we would during normal operation.
