We are happy to accept back full packs of paving, but not partly used packs. We are also unable to take back split packs that have been especially packed for you as a bespoke order.

It's important that you contact us to return your goods within 14 days from the date when they were delivered and they must not have been unpacked from the crate as they will be unsafe for transit if not packed in the same way as when delivered. They must also be wrapped and banded in the same way as when they arrived with you and on the pallet and in the position at kerbside from when they were delivered. This is to ensure they can be uplifted and transported safely by the courier.
