What happens if I have some broken items delivered?

We will replace broken items, however to do this we will need photographs showing all the breakages emailed to us with notification of the goods requiring replacement. We must be advised of breakages within a maximum of 7 days, after this time it will be too late to claim. You will also be requested to keep the broken goods as we may need to collect them for insurance purposes. Once the goods have been used we will not be responsible for any breakages as we request you to check the goods for faults prior to using.
